The only way this can't be done is if the Congress won't allow it for security reasons.

Private or chineese Chip vendors should sell chips that do WhiteSpace frequencies + legal frequencies.

Then Engineers can design/build/ebay-sell devices that do this quasi-legally.

By quasi, make it act legal, but be modifyable to use White-Frequencies.

Then if in my home I want to do such, I can.

I shouldn't have to wait for microsoft to determine what frequencies I can use in my home. Perhaps have a power button to turn it down if my neighbors complain!

I can't wait.

I live in a somewhat rural area with crazy topography. You might get analog network TV here if you have a huge antenna. There's no usable digital signal, period.

I couldn't care less -- I've got no interest in broadcast or cable TV. My son and I would rather watch Pretty Cure Five and Sergeant Frog than Spongebob Squarepants.

Since the TV industry is wasting a few hundred MHz doing absolutely nothing in my neighborhood, I want the right to do something with that bandwidth.
