Green tech conference set for San Francisco

The three-day event will showcase more than 300 green initiatives, including numerous new products and technologies, from both startups and mature companies.
In addition to an expo packed with new and emerging products and technologies from around 150 exhibiting companies and organizations, West Coast Green also includes an educational conference with numerous sessions devoted to green innovations and best practices.
The conference’s educational sessions will focus on how to create the “smart city of the future.” Topics covered will include architecture, design, government, utility, business, transportation, technology, planning, construction, finance, social theory, and the environment.

The conference’s organizers expect the event to draw more than 11,000 participants this year, including both “seasoned game-changers” and “budding entrepreneurs.”
